Customer Service Specialist - The Identity Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
A successful candidate will be a motivated individual with an outgoing attitude, customer focused, and enjoys teamwork within an organization.
A person with excellent organizational time management skills who will multi-task with a variety of detail-oriented work.
One who can operate independently and as part of a highly functioning team to meet and exceed the level of service to our growing customer base.
Customer Service Specialist Expected Start Date:
2 weeks from Accepted Employment Offer Responsibilities include:
Interaction with account managers daily.
Entering and processing daily customer and vendor purchase orders.
Communicate with customers and vendors with updates and pre-production information.
Running daily order reports to coordinate the client and vendor process for on-time deliveries.
Work with other Customer Service team members to execute daily tasks.
Verify vendor invoices and purchase orders for accuracies.
Qualifications:
Professional communication skills, both written and oral.
Attention to detail accuracy, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Time management capabilities while working independently.
Friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work well in a team environment.
