Customer Outreach Coordinator - SDX

Position Overview:
The Customer Outreach Coordinator provides highly energetic customer outreach with strong levels of interpersonal communications utilizing phone and/or computer avenues.
This essential teammate will be knowledgeable about Pella's products, installation options, and Pella processes.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Confirm and follow up with customers regarding sales appointments.
Build rapport with customers and provide pertinent feedback about the customer experience to the Sales Manager.
Pursue active and dormant opportunities to generate sales or appointments.
Effectively communicate customer information gained over the phone to the Sales Consultant to further the sales closing process.
Gain experience with product knowledge, installation techniques, and selling processes to answer customer questions and overcome objections.
Assist in the training of new team members in the Sales Development Experience program.
Input and maintain accurate information in Salesforce and utilize to generate reports.
Become proficient in the use of PQM, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, all office equipment, and processes related to sales operations.

Education and/or
Experience:
Must have High School Diploma or GED AA or Technical degree preferred, 1-3 year's sales, customer service, or general business experience preferred.
Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency required in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ability to quickly and competently learn other computer software packages is required.
Will be expected to develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software (i.
e.
Salesforce, PQM, Allego, PSI, etc.
)Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required as well as good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills.
Ability to read, interpret, understand and explain documents such as sales processes, product specifications or warranty manuals.
Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers and managers.
Must display excellent phone and email etiquette.
Must be able to present appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers.
