Job Description:
This hourly position reports to the Associate Director of Admission and is responsible for admission office operations support. The role is budgeted for 1040 hours annually.
Assist in the management of data coordination, including the upload of inquiry and application data, database maintenance of incoming records, data entry, application generation, etc.
Coordinate data inquiry/application data with Data Coordinator.
Provide excellent customer service to all prospective students and additional campus visitors.
Assist in the management of personal campus visits including scheduling, communication with campus constituents, database maintenance, confirmations, itineraries, etc.
Assist Campus Visit Coordinator with personal campus visit procedures and direct student employees as needed.
Assist with all outgoing communication, including mailings, electronic/social media messages, inventory, high school postcard/poster process for admission counselors and other tasks as related to communication.
Perform essential tasks of the Communication Coordinator and direct student employees as needed.
Provide back-up for Central's main admission phone.
Must be open and adaptable to change, consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and work cooperatively and respectfully with others.
Requirements:
Training beyond high school with knowledge of and comfort with computer operations and office procedures.
1-3 years of effective office experience required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
